Cookie Policy

Last Modified: March 18, 2026
This Cookie Policy describes the types of cookies and similar tracking technologies (collectively, "Cookies") used by OrgOrg Technologies, Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”) on: (i) orgorg.com, its subdomains, and any other website where OrgOrg's Terms of Service are posted; (ii) OrgOrg's online hosted services; and (iii) OrgOrg's "Software," meaning, collectively, our browser extensions, mobile applications, other downloadable apps, application programming interfaces ("APIs"), and tools and documentation ((i) through (iii) collectively, our "Service" or "OrgOrg").

1. What are Cookies and why does OrgOrg use them?

Cookies are small text files stored by your web browser when you visit certain websites or mobile properties. We use Cookies in our Service for the purposes of facilitating your use of our Service, customizing your browsing experience, tracking usage trends and patterns, and delivering targeted ads.

2. What types of Cookies does OrgOrg use?

Our Service uses "first-party Cookies" (i.e., Cookies served by us) and "third-party Cookies" (i.e., Cookies served by third parties that we work with). Cookies are unique to your account or your browser. Session-based Cookies last only while your browser is open and are automatically deleted when you close your browser. Persistent Cookies last until you or your browser deletes them or until they expire. Our uses of Cookies fall into the following general categories:
  • Strictly-Necessary. We use Cookies that allow you access to our Service; are required to identify irregular site behavior, prevent fraudulent activity, and improve security; and allow you to make use of our functionality;
  • Functionality-Related. We may use Cookies that allow us to offer you enhanced functionality when accessing or using our Service, including, for example, identifying you when you sign into our Service or keeping track of your specified preferences, interests, or past items viewed;
  • Performance-Related. We may use Cookies to assess the performance of our Service and, as part of our analytic practices, to help us understand how you use the Service;
  • Advertising- or Targeting-Related. We may use first-party or third-party Cookies to deliver content, including ads, relevant to your interests, on our Service or on third-party sites.

3. Does OrgOrg use Cookies for interest-based advertising?

Not currently. As of the date of this policy, OrgOrg does not use Cookies for interest-based or targeted advertising, and we do not share Cookie data with advertising networks.

We use Google Analytics solely for product analytics and measuring site usage. We use first-party partner tracking Cookies (partner_code and visitor_id) for internal referral attribution only.

In the future, we may use Cookies or similar technologies for advertising purposes, including working with third-party advertising networks to display personalized or interest-based ads. If we do, we will update this Cookie Policy. Any such advertising Cookies will be governed by the consent preference you have already set through our consent banner -- if you accepted all Cookies, advertising Cookies will be enabled; if you rejected non-essential Cookies, they will remain blocked. You can change your preference at any time by clearing the cookie_consent cookie from your browser.

4. How do I manage Cookies?

a. How do I manage Cookies used by OrgOrg?

When you visit our marketing website (www.orgorg.com), a consent banner will appear at the bottom of the page, allowing you to accept or reject non-essential Cookies. Your preference is stored in a cookie_consent cookie and will be remembered for future visits. Strictly-necessary Cookies (such as authentication and the consent preference itself) are not affected by your choice.

Within the authenticated application (orgorg.com), Google Analytics is used under our legitimate interest to maintain, monitor, and improve the Service, and no consent banner is displayed. You may still opt out of Google Analytics within the application by installing Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on (see Section 4b below).

To change your marketing website cookie preference after your initial choice, you can clear the cookie_consent cookie from your browser, which will cause the consent banner to reappear on your next visit. You may also update your browser cookie settings at any time (for users of Google Chrome, these are located at chrome://settings/privacy).

b. How do I opt out of Google Analytics?

We use Google Analytics to measure site usage and understand how visitors interact with our Service. On our marketing website (www.orgorg.com), Google Analytics requires your consent. Within the authenticated application (orgorg.com), Google Analytics is used under our legitimate interest to maintain and improve the Service. You can opt out of Google Analytics data collection using the following methods:
  • On the marketing website, use our consent banner to reject non-essential Cookies, which will prevent Google Analytics from collecting data.
  • Install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on, available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
  • You may learn more about Google's practices with Google Analytics by visiting Google's privacy policy, currently available at google.com/policies/privacy/partners.
