A free Calendly alternative for teams, on your own calendar.
Booking pages are the free Calendly alternative for teams in the OrgOrg suite. Share one link, guests pick a time you are free, and the event lands on both calendars. Works with Google and Outlook calendars.
Free for teams of 5 or fewer · No credit card
How it works
Three steps. About two minutes.
- 1
Sign in with Google
One click. No form, and no credit card.
- 2
Name your workspace
Usually your company name. Your team can join it later.
- 3
Make your first page
Name it and pick a length. It opens Monday to Friday, 9 to 5, in your time zone.
What you get
Everything you need
Your real availability
The page reads your busy times from your Google or Outlook calendar, so a guest only sees the times you are free.
Team routing
One host, round robin across a team, or every host together in one meeting.
Buffers and limits
Buffers before and after, minimum notice, how far ahead guests can book, and a daily maximum.
Questions
Ask guests what you need before the call. The answers go into the event.
Cancel and reschedule
Each guest gets links to cancel or move the meeting, without an email to you.
A confirmation you control
Your own event title, confirmation message, or a redirect to your site after the booking.
One less subscription
What it replaces
Every OrgOrg app is free for teams of 5 or fewer. Past that, Pro is $10 per member per month for the whole suite, not per app.
Instead of Calendly
A booking link for sales calls, intros, and interviews.
Booking pages, included
Instead of a round-robin add-on
Spread inbound meetings across a team.
Round robin and collective routing, included
FAQ
Questions before you start
Is it really free?
Yes, for teams of 5 or fewer, with no credit card. Past 5 members, Pro is $10 per member per month, and that covers every OrgOrg app, not only booking pages.
Which calendars does it work with?
Google Calendar and Outlook (Microsoft 365). The page reads your busy times and writes the event to your calendar.
Can a team share one page?
Yes. Pick round robin to give each meeting to the next free host, or collective to book every host into the same meeting.
Do guests need an account?
No. A guest picks a time, answers your questions, and gets the invite.
How does round robin decide who gets the meeting?
Availability first, then fairness: the next host who is free at the time the guest picked. A collective page offers a slot only when every required host is free and invites all of them. A host can also be optional: invited, but never a gate on the slot.
Can I keep a meeting from landing at a bad time?
Yes. Set a buffer before and after each meeting, the minimum hours of notice, how many days ahead a guest can book, and a maximum per day. A new page opens Monday to Friday, 9 to 5, in your time zone, and you change the hours from there.
What can I ask a guest before the call?
Any questions you add to the page. The answers go into the calendar event, so the host reads them before the meeting starts. You also set the event title, the confirmation message, or a redirect to your site after the booking.
Can I have a short link with my name?
Yes, on Pro. A booking name lives at orgorg.com/book/with/<name>. Your first three names go live at once, and later ones after a review. An admin can turn on an organization URL, so each name exists once inside your company and a name like sales is fine.
